Week 14 Picks

I'll just talk quickly about the big games this week - I'm taking Minnesota over Cincy, because I don't see the Vikings losing two in a row. Defenses have been getting the better of their offense as of late, but The Vikes are still a top football team this year, plus they're at home. I'm going with Indy over Denver; while it might be a close game, there seems to be no beating the Colts. And I'm still waiting to be surprised by the Cowboys in December, so I'm picking the Chargers for this one...go ahead Dallas...surprise me.

Another big game with wild card implications is Miami at Jacksonville. I'm going with the Jags; they've been playing pretty well at home. Too bad the game will be blacked out since no one in Jacksonville cares enough to go watch their team actually win.

Finally, I'm picking the Eagles to beat the G-Men in New York. Why? One word: consistency. The Eagles have played better ball each week and have a game over their rivals to show for it. This is a huge game for both teams, but as I stated in my division predictions, the Eagles would use this game to take control of the NFC East...let's see if I'm right.

Current Record: 123 - 69
