Fact Or Crap

Check out a great thread I started here.

It's a little game I dubbed 'Fact or Crap' (working title). I might make it a regular thing on NFLReaction.com, but for now check out Footballproslive.com and feel free to add some suggestions of your own!

2010 Season Predictions

With the regular season rapidly approaching, I'd like to take a few moments to make some predictions for the upcoming year:

The Lions won't be the worst team in the NFL, and will win 5 games.

The Jets will not win the Super Bowl. (gasp)

The Bills will win 1 game...barely.

The Patriots won't make the playoffs.

The Redskins will beat the Eagles...twice.

The Cowboys will win a playoff game.

The Ravens will win the Super Bowl.

...I could turn this into a game of Fact or Fiction. What does everyone think?

He's Back! ...Again

Well everyone might have already seen this coming, but it's official - Brett Favre will play at least one more season with the Vikings.

The Vikings are now the team to beat in the NFC. Yes the Saints are the defending champions. Yes, the Cowboys look like a super bowl contender going into the season. But the fact is Brett Favre is back and he's playing...and the whole world is watching.

Having Favre on the Vikes gives them the edge they need to compete for the world title again this year. So as long as he's throwing several more TDs than INTs by week 7 the Vikes should be well on there way to the playoffs and the big game...I'm sure that won't be a problem....right?

Vikings without Favre

What does the loss of Favre mean for the Vikings?

Without Favre, the Vikings can immediately take themselves out of the ranks of "Superbowl Contenders". I think the Packers can put themselves in the driving seat of the NFC North going in to the season. The Vikings still have a solid lineup, and should make the playoffs, but as Cris Collinsworth mentioned on Footballproslive.com - Brett Favre was the difference in that team.

Be sure to check out Footballproslive.com for more discussion and posts from Cris Collinsworth and his team of NFL experts.

Favre Retires...again.

Brett Favre tells Minnesota Vikings he's not coming back for another season and is finally hanging up his pads...for good...we think.

Brett, you've given football fans of all ages so many great years and there's nothing like watching a pro play the sport he loves with all of his heart. We thank you.
